✅ Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return is only accepted for wrong size, wrong item, or damaged products.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom products

🔁 Exchange Option

  • Size exchange available based on stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are only provided in cases where a replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or through store credit, based on the customer’s preference.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a wrong product was delivered.
